Located between Lakowe and Bogije on the Lekki Peninsula, the estate is planned to have two sectors. In one sector, Land is being offered to interested buyers for development into residential and/or commercial buildings as buyers desire. The developers of the estate will have no control over the design, type and size of buildings to be constructed.
