Fossil TMV Services Ltd. Established in December, 2009, Fossil TMV Services Ltd. is a multidisciplinary organization which delivers products and services, through strategic alliances with individuals and organizations of repute, to the Nigerian Oil, Gas, power, Construction and Manufacturing Industries.
Dr. Eni Kalu (Chairman)
Dr. Eni Kalu holds many degrees (M.B, B.Ch, MBA, MPH) from the University of Nigeria, Nsuka & the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He has almost 40 years’ multidisciplinary experience in community and public health management systems and project management. He has worked extensively on issues of environmental health, human behavior & workplace health. He is a health management consultant and sits on the board of several private companies in various sectors of the economy traversing ICT, Civil Engineering Construction and Health some of which he co-founded. Dr. Kalu has a multidisciplinary background in Medicine, Management, Public Health and he is highly ICT driven. He is widely traveled within and outside the country and comfortable in multi-cultural settings. He is a member of several professional bodies. He brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to the board & management of Fossil TMV Services Ltd.
Tokunbo Carew (C.E.O)
Tokunbo Carew manages the day-to-day operations of the Company. He holds a B.Sc degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering (1983) from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University), Nigeria to which he added an MBA degree from the University of Lagos in 1987. He has attended several executive development training courses including the Senior Management Program at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland. His post-graduation work experience cuts across the public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy. After compulsory One Year National service at the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) in Abuja, he joined The Federal Ministry of Works & Housing in Lagos, where he worked in mechanical & electrical design and construction supervision of public buildings. At the Japanese International Trading firm of Sumitomo Corporation, he traded in Industrial goods and services between the advanced Japanese economy and the developing Nigerian industrial sector before joining Arco Petrochemical Engineering Co. Ltd., an indigenous Oil & Gas Service Company in 1989. He left ARCO in 2009 to start Fossil TMV Services Ltd while he retains a seat on the board of the company. An Oil & Gas trainer, motivator & writer of prose on contemporary issues of human behaviour, he authored for a few years a compendium of weekly articles titled “Local Content Dialogues” for the Guardian newspapers. He has interests in the food & beverages Industry and is Co-Founder of EPIC Learning & Development Ltd., a company engaged in PRINCE2 Training mostly in West & East Africa.
Olayinka Obiwole (Executive Director)
An Executive Director, Yinka Obiwole is a 1983 graduate of Electronic & Electrical Engineering of University of Ife (Obafemi Awolowo University), Ile-Ife, with special bias for computer systems and their applications. He has had over Thirty years experience in the computer industry where he has been involved from inception in the creation, growth and development of some of the leading IT firms in Nigeria. He is a member of IEEE and the Nigerian Society of Engineers. A man of many parts, he functions as the Chief Operating Officer, providing support and acting as an alternate to the CEO.
Adebisi Olowoyo (Non-Executive Director)
Adebisi Olowoyo is a qualified Engineer with over 35 years post degree working experience having held several senior management roles with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC). His experience span across Engineering, Project & Facilities Management, Environmental and Socioeconomic Impact Assessment, Environmental Management Planning, Waste and Chemical Management Planning, Oil Spill Prevention and Response Plans, Safety Management Plans, Health Management Plans, Fire Response, Medical Response, Crisis Management, Process Safety Management, Fire Prevention Plans, HSE Auditing, Strategic Planning & Implementation, Procurement Management, Budget Planning & Management and Capacity Building. Accomplishment include role as Managing Director, NNPC Oilfield Services Limited (NOFS) with responsibility for the identification and development of new business initiatives that led to remarkable growth. He is a genuine influencer and thrives on tough challenges; translating visions and strategies into actionable, value-added goals that results in the evolution of performance-driven work environments and cultures capable of consistently achieving the kind of results required in today’s fluid corporate environment. Peter Tsado (Non-Executive Director)
Peter Tsado holds a master’s degree in Transport, Engineering & Planning from the University of Leeds in addition to other qualifications from the University of London & the University of Bolton all in the United Kingdom. After lecturing at Federal Polytechnic & Federal University of Technology in Bida & Minna respectively he joined NNPC in 1992 as a senior mechanical Engineer, where he nurtured a career that spanned over a decade in materials management, procurement & logistics. He left NNPC-NAPIMS in 2014 as a Chief Engineer/Supervisor Procurement & Logistics in charge of JV operations. Between 2014 & 2019, he served as Managing Director of DELMAR Petroleum after which he retired from active service. Fluent in Nupe, Hausa & English, Peter is a specialist in Supply Chain Management for goods & services, including preparation of procurement & logistics tender documents. He participated at senior levels in the design, construction, start-up and commissioning of several JV projects under the purview of NNPC-NAPIMS. He is a member of several professional bodies, including the council of supply chain management professionals, USA, the Chartered Institute of Transport and the Nigerian Institute of Mechanical Engineers. He is an active participant in the activities of local communities around him.
MOSUNMOLA IZEGBUWA OSUNDE (Non-Executive Director)
MOSUNMOLA IZEGBUWA OSUNDE holds a B.Sc degree in Food Science &Technology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.She also has a Post Graduate degree (Honors)in International Marketing from the Sheridan College, Ontario, Canada.She worked in various management capacities at UAC of Nigeria Plc and Ragolis Waters Ltd at various times. She was General Manager, General Food & Flavors Company,Nigeria and currently the Managing Director of CMES Int. Incorporated, Ontario, Canada. Mosunmola Osunde is an embodiment of fulfillment characterized by integrity,honesty and hardwork . Her knowledge, experiences & network of contacts gathered over the years in local & international roles will be of immense benefit to Fossil TMV Services Ltd.
Adeniyi Ojo. GM-Operations
Adeniyi Ojo holds a B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Agronomy(1997) & (2000) respectively from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria to which he added another Masters in Technology Management from the Obafemi Awolowo University, ile-ife in 2005. Upon completion of his Masters degree in Ibadan, he started his working career as a sales rep with TRANEX, a courier company that was amongst the top 5. Then he joined Intercontinental Distillers Ltd Company(IDL). After gathering enough experience in the Product and Service industries he joined National Bank of Nigeria(NBN) as a graduate trainee in 2002. He later rose to become a Retail Relationship Manager(RRM) in 2005 before leaving the banking sector. He worked in various places before he now joined Epic Learning and Development Ltd as a Project Manager where he got certified as a PRINCE2. He's presently the CEO of Famous Ojays Nig, Ltd a company that is into Agriculture and Real Estates amongst other things.
